Account Manager

In line with our promise to continuously improve and offer the best-in-market service, we’re looking for an Account Manager to give our clients the Andaria experience.  

 

As an Account Manager forming part of a growing department, you will be:
 

  • Managing a portfolio of  clients, from post-onboarding and throughout their lifecycle, strategically delivering the service package that aligns with customer type and value

  • Developing relationships and drive business outcomes towards the delivery of goals

  • Enhancing users’ experience of the platform, helping them get the best from the product and user journey

  • Maintaining consistent contact with new and existing customers, presenting proposals and ensuring client satisfaction

  • Developing trusted relationships with clients and act as the key account manager for large relationships

  • Delivering on both strategic and tactical initiatives

  • Expanding knowledge of market conditions, industry trends and monitoring competitors

  • Leading business development initiatives to help the Institution achieve and exceed annual sales objectives

  • Representing the Institution at events and conferences

 

Requirements

 

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a portfolio of clients ideally within the financial services industry

  • Proven track record of building client relationships that promote engagement and retention

  • Degree level of education in a related discipline 

  • Ability to flourish within a fast-paced start-up environment and experience of working independently whilst still being part of a team

  • Strong communicator, highly organized, with a can-do attituded

  • Experience in proactively managing client relationships
