Operations Specialist

We have built a team of industry experts that are continuously pushing for service excellence, and this can be felt as soon as you walk through the door. We’re now looking at growing our Operations team with an experienced individual who not only has the right skill but also the Andaria attitude and culture.


What will you be doing?


Reporting to the Head of Operations and forming part of a team that is expected to grow within the coming months, you will be a key player to drive operational excellence in the company!


Your responsibilities would include:

  • Managing and monitoring of the Andaria Core System to ensure operational flows are working as expected

  • Onboarding and ongoing monitoring of new & existing Clients

  • Conducting primary checks of client documentation in accordance with the relevant regulations prior to submitting for due diligence

  • Conducting tasks associated with onboarding new clients and liaising with Compliance department in relation to onboarding process

  • Conducting the client setup processes including the opening, closing, and operation of client accounts

  • Addressing client queries promptly and professionally

  • Responsible for processing daily payments through our Core System and Banking Partners

  • Performing daily monitoring of customers' transactions as first line of defence in line with AML and CFT policies

  • Providing assistance in reviewing and drafting standard operating procedures

  • Highlighting risks and issues identified within our operational procedures  

  • Working cohesively with other members of the Company to achieve set goals and objectives

  • Assist the Head of Operations with ad hoc departmental tasks

Who you are:


For this person to execute their responsibilities to our level of excellence, you must have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the financial services industry,  

  • A Diploma in Finance, Banking or in a relevant field would be considered an asset

    • Have an understanding of different payment methods, handling of payments and AML / CFT policies   

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel,  

    • Adaptability to learn new systems

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, any additional language would be considered an asset,  

    • Ability to work on his / her own initiative and as part of a team,
